We are an award-winning product innovation agency that partners with brands such as Post-it®, H&M, and The Nordic Postal Service to create unique and transformative digital customer experiences. With 230 designers and engineers on staff, we serve clients in North America, Europe, and Asia from five studios in New York, London, and Sweden. Today, the products that we create are used by more than 50 million people in 196 countries. Our New York studio is still young, and employs 10 people locally. We have an open, transparent, and inclusive culture that gives you a lot of freedom to make your own decisions and be creative with your tasks!

Office

Our New York studio is in the heart of SoHo. It's newly renovated and designed to our specific needs featuring exposed brick walls, themed meeting rooms, 30 desks, a maker-space, shower if you'd like to bike to the office, a beautiful lounge, and kitchen area for team/external activities.

Teambuilding Activities

We have a range of minor activities such as common breakfasts on Mondays, Happy Hours on Fridays, team lunches, and the occasional movie/game nights. On a bi-monthly basis we have Town Halls — a company-wide meeting for information sharing — followed by a dinner and team activity such as climbing, cooking together or going to an NHL game.

Company Retreats

Every year, all our studios gather in a week-long conference to discuss the future of the company, how to improve ourselves, and to have fun together. Our last trip was to Costa Rica just before the pandemic and our next one will be to Sicily, Italy in September 2022.
